The Stress Institute® and Oak Haven®, the Center for Mindful Living®
The Center for Mindful Living is located at Oak Haven® Farm in Georgia. The grand Oaks majestically surround the fresh-water lake as the mountains provide panoramic vistas on the horizon creating a haven for all creatures. This pristine 250 acres is situated in what was the home of the Cherokee and joins 765,000 acres of the Chattahoochee National Forest.
For more than fifteen years Oak Haven®, the Center for Mindful Living®, has been a place of learning, refuge, and retreat; with its lush mountain environment, a change of pace, hospitality, clean air, pure water and abundant wild life. Visitors from around the country have come to discover silence, solace, and serenity at Oak Haven®. Our stress management center provides the right setting for renewal for those whose lives are hectic, and who feel stressed, overworked or emotionally drained. Our stress reduction center can help provide lifetime solutions that will allow you to leave refreshed, educated and better able to manage everyday work and life.
Dr. Hall has taught thousands of guests and clients over the years. Out of this experience she created The Stress Institute®, whose goal it is to provide information, education, conferences, relaxation techniques and stress management retreats on the various effects of stress on our mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
