Oak Haven

The Stress Institute® is located at Oak Haven® Center for Mindful Living. The grand Oaks majestically surround the fresh-water lake as the mountains provide panoramic vistas on the horizon creating a haven for all creatures. This pristine 250 acres is situated in what was the home of the Cherokee and joins 765,000 acres of the Chattahoochee National Forest.

For fifteen years visitors have sought Oak Haven® as a place of learning, refuge, and retreat; here they have found a lush mountain environment, a change of pace, hospitality, clean air, pure water and abundant wild life. Visitors have traveled from around the country to find silence, solitude and renewal at Oak Haven®.

Dr. Hall has been teaching thousands of guests, visitors and clients over the last fifteen years. Out of these years of experience she created The Stress Institute®, whose goal is to provide information, education, conferences and retreats on the various effects of stress on our mental, physical, and spiritual well being.
